MARK ROBERT GORDON (Producer) is the Founder of Do Gooder Productions, a not-for-profit Off-Broadway theater company which he has helmed since 1994 as Artistic and Executive Director and which produces in partnership with designated charities whose work parallels the subject of a given Do Gooder-produced play. As an independent producer, MRG's production company The Camelback Kid has multiple projects currently in development for commercial film, Broadway, and Off-Broadway productions. He is the founder and head of S-2-S, a new independent film production company that focuses upon developing and producing film and TV adaptations of stage plays.

As an actor, he has appeared in numerous Off-Broadway shows and Broadway workshops and been a critically-acclaimed player on New York's theater scene ("Expert performer"-The New York Times; "A most appealing performer"-The Arizona Republic; "Wickedly funny! Consistently clever, spontaneous, and a hoot!"-Broadway Beat (celebrity interviewer Sidney Myer)). MRG has produced eight Off-Broadway plays, directed at several Off-Broadway venues, and is the author of five plays: "H": Hamilton or Honour (a one-person play about Alexander Hamilton, whom MRG will portray in New York later this season), My Soul is Mine: A Runaway's Story (Off-Broadway-1995; "Off-Broadway's most prestigious hit"-Sir Ian McKellan), Did You Evuh?, Nevuh!, and R'fua: Healing (slated for Off-Broadway production next season). He wrote the screenplay for the feature film 21/2 Jews (adapted from Alan Brandt's stage play of the same title) and wrote the pilot episode for the TV series he created. MRG is also the lead writer and co-creator of a new TV sitcom "Next Case!" (a behind-the-scenes look at a fictional syndicated TV judge show).

Two years after his acting career was interrupted by injuries sustained in a car-pedestrian accident, MRG returned to the stage with the acclaimed Arizona and national production of 21/2 Jews; he is slated to reprise his performance in the anticipated film adaptation of the play. Born in Arizona and a product of Phoenix's public schools, he holds degrees from Princeton University, Columbia Law School, and Harvard's JFK School of Government. His law practice includes a specialization in Entertainment & Intellectual Property Law. He is a member of Actors' Equity Association (EQUITY), American Federation of Television & Radio Artists (AFTRA), The Dramatists Guild, and the Screen Actors' Guild (SAG). Official Fan Site:
